About the Author
Malcolm “Mack” Gibson is a novelist and a national award-winning newspaper columnist based out of Houston, Texas. His work has been featured in The Houston Chronicle, the Beaumont Enterprise, the Galveston Daily News and many more.
Mack is also a practicing lawyer, representing banks, real estate developers, and wheeler dealers in the boom-bust Texas markets for the past forty years. His time practicing law has given Mack plenty of ammunition for his human interest stories and his first novel, Ascending Power.
Mack rises early and stays up late balancing his law practice with his passion for writing. He devotes what spare time he has to reading, running, and a variety of voluntary board positions.
